• The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your service date. No payment = No service!

• We do not book hotel rooms for clients!

• You must check into hotel room before we decorate unless get permission from hotel first.

• You must book 10 days in advance! Last minute bookings will have an additional fee. Availability is limited. Your requested date & time will be confirmed once contacted.

• You may reschedule 48 hours prior to your booking. You must reschedule within 2 weeks. Absolutely NO REFUNDS! Dates will be limited.

• A refund will only be issued if you cancel 30 days before your booking. If you cancel after that no refund will be issued!
