We will decorate just about any location. Hotels, houses, Air BnBs, parks, offices. If you have a location in mind that is not listed submit a special request and we will get back to you! We serve the Denver Metro Area and Colorado Springs!

Q: How do I book my event?
A: Submit a “Book Now” request a service. Let us know the date you would like your service and the package you’re interested in. We will contact you to go over details, add-ons and the final price.
Q: Do you only decorate hotels?
A: No, we will decorate any space that you have permission to do an event at.
Q: Do you book the hotel/Airbnb for us?
A: No, you book and pay for that yourself.
Q: Do you check in for us?
A: No, you MUST check into your hotel before we arrive. We are able to enter some airbnb’s before you arrive if they use a key code or lockbox.
Q: How do you get into the room?
A: Leave our name and a key at the front desk of the hotel. For airbnb’s provide a key code or let us in yourself.
Q: Does the room need to be clean?
A: Yes! Please make sure the area being serviced is clean and ready before we arrive.
Q: How long does it take you to set up?
A: Depending on the package size it can take between 1.5 hours - 5 hours.
Q: Do we keep everything in the package description?
A: No, all LED tealights must be returned in USPS package or at pickup time, along with any additional décor pieces.
Q: Do I need to clean my room afterwards?
A: We do highly recommend that you clean your hotel room or AirBnB before you check out to avoid any fees. We do offer next day cleaning on select packages and as an add-on!
Q: Do you do indoor picnics?
A: Yes, a picnic does not have to be outside.
Q: Do you only service Denver?
A: No, we will service a 40 mile radius from Castle Rock.
Q: Is there a deposit?
A: Yes, we do require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder is due 48 hours prior to reservation.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to guarantee your date will be available and we offer refunds a month prior to your event if you do cancel.
